    "Automatic backwash filter" and "manual filter" are two  different kinds of the discs plate filtration system. They are wildly used in irrigation filter, drip filter, water filter, reused water filter, circulation water filter, cooling water filter, etc.

Constant filtering efficiency

    As core element of filter, the uniformity of groove style filtering superposition piece reaches to international first rate standard. The filter is in effect for all kinds of suspension impurity including inorganic and organic impurity.

High efficiency backwash, energy and water saving

    The unit of backwash will be finished for 7-20 sec only. In general the amount of consumed water in backwash is less than 0.5% of amount of filtering water. For viscosity impurity, high effective washing also be reached. The suitable scope is wider.

1.Original Water
  Usually, we divide original water quality into four levels: excellent, ordinal, poor, worse.
  
Excellent quality of original water: uncontaminated city tap water, well water from stable water carrier;
  
Ordinal quality of original water: circulating cooling water, poor quality running water, surface water treated by precipitation, wastewater treated by  precipitation and biological;
  
Poor quality of original water: groundwater from water carrier of poor water quality, after effective precipitation but little biological treatment water, microbial blooms of surface water;
  
Worse quality of original water: iron well water or dirty well water, surface water influenced by flood but precipitation, high volume of suspended solids river water or other surface water, untreated water. ( This kind of water must be  carry on the pretreatment to ensure the effectiveness. High volume of suspended solids water can be equipped with desander; and it needs aeration or coagulation pretreatment when the water is complex, such as those containing high iron and manganese.)

Principle of work

 

    Filter element of superposition piece disk style filter: The filtering superposition piece is a carrier for the mixture treatment. It superimposes by a group of a double-sided belt different direction trench's plastic disk sheet. While water passes through filtering superposition piece, under the action of spring and hydraulic the filtering superposition piece will be pressed closely, then they'll form numerous crossing of superposition piece. And impurity granule will be withheld at those crossing. The width of lamination is 12-14mm. It's made of high-quality engineering plastic, high wear resistance. Filtration accuracy depends on the depth and number of grooves. (Principle explanation like figure above)

 

2.Principle at filtering phase:  

    Stream will enter into the inner of filter through water inlet of filter. While water passes through filtering superposition piece, under the action of spring and hydraulic the filtering superposition piece will be pressed closely and impurity granule will be withheld at crossing of filtering superposition piece. The filtered water will flow out through main canal. At this time one-way diaphragm valve is at open state. (Shown as the right figure)

 

3.Principle of  backwash phase:

    While the pressure difference reaches to certain value or within the set time, the system will enter into backwash state automatically. Controller will control the valve to change the direction of stream. The one-way diaphragm valve at the bottom of filter will close main canal and water of backwash will enter into the canal of four -group shower nozzle. Water pressure in the cavity of piston connected with shower nozzle canal will rise. The piston will move towards up and overcome the pressure caused by spring and release the space of piston at the top of filtering superposition piece group. Meanwhile backwash water will eject along the tangential direction of 35x4 shower nozzle above the canal of four-group shower nozzle at high speed. It makes the filtering superposition piece rotate and separate. The ejecting water will wash the surface of filtering superposition piece and throw off impurity on it. While backwash is finished, the direction of stream will be changed again and the filtering superposition piece will be pressed closely and the the system will enter into filtering state.
